Is it possible to ascend in Cantha?

anyway how can I do FoW missions with my ritualist?

It is not called ascending, it's called Weh no Su, and is done in the 4th mission, 2nd if you come as Tyrian.
And the God Realms can be accessed in some outpost, don't remember the name. It is in Kaineng afaik.

does that mean that after doing the 4th mission you can acess to uw in toa with a cantha borned char, or i still have to go to desert and ascend as normal ?

The Access is in Zin Ku Corridor, after the Takahni Temple Mission.

Closer to the Stars (Weh no Su) = Ascention
You can acces UW and FoW via ToA after that. Also you can acces FoW and UW in Zin Ku Corridor.
